John Waller is DocXellent’s Director of Information Security and Cloud Services, and as such, he is responsible for architecting and supervising DocXellent’s Cybersecurity program, the newly launched DocXellent Managed Cloud (DMC) in AWS, and all other Cloud-based systems. In the industry for more than 20 years, John progressed through increasingly responsible roles as a web developer, application developer, software engineer, and systems architect. A firm believer in lifelong learning, in 2018 he completed his MSc in Information Technology from UMASS Lowell, and has recently attained the AWS Solutions Architect certification as well as several other professional certifications related to cyber security and the cloud.
