Sam DeLucia

Director of Governance, Risk and Compliance

Throughout his career, Sam has utilized a unique skill set to bridge the communication gap between business customers and technical teams, creating strategic partnerships and leading organizations toward success by strategically managing their enterprise risk. He has extensive experience creating and implementing effective IT Controls for multiple regulatory mandates, including “year-one” and multi-acquisition scenarios, while reducing the operational and financial impact to an organization.

Sam’s volume of work also includes developing security and compliance policies, designing systems to measure continual compliance and security levels, architecting cyber-security solutions, implementing data-driven dashboard analytics, developing IT process automations, and serving as liaison between internal audit, external audit and IT.

Sam received his B.S. in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and has served as President and Executive Board Member in the local chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his two sons, and has been active in martial arts for over 30 years.
